Effects of food on your beauty. 

Introduction:


     Beauty deals with a good-looking body which should be healthy too. As per beauty is concerned, we mainly focus on beautiful hair and skin. In order to have healthy skin and hair, nutritional food should be consumed. 

      We can improve the health of the skin and hair by including the following good things in our diet. 


For good skin we must include the following food 


1. A greater amount of water. 






 Water plays a big role in beauty by providing hydration to the skin. It gives moisture to the skin and avoids dryness. An adequate amount of water is used to avoid finances and wrinkles of the skin. More intake of water flushes the toxins from the body, and it improves the blood circulation of the body, leading to glowing and young skin.


2. Carrot 





    The carrots help to fight against wrinkles, dead skin and avoid sunburn. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, and they protect the skin from the sun. Eating carrots gives glowing skin. 



3. Tomatoes





The skin gets moisturized and hydrated by eating tomatoes as it contains a high amount of water. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is used to reduce inflammation and redness. It is used to reduce sunburn and premature aging. The lycopene in tomatoes has shown UV protection. Tomatoes are used for tightening pores and giving a smooth texture to the skin. Tomatoes also contain vitamin C, which is used for brightening the skin. The acidic nature of tomatoes helps to balance the pH level of the skin and reduces the excess oil of the skin. The regular use of tomatoes fades the dark spots and gives a radiant skin complexion. 


4. Green Tea. 





  Green tea is used to protect the skin from aging. Green tea is rich in anti-oxidants. It brightens the skin and repairs it. It reduces redness, nourishes and gives hydration to the skin. Green tea helps to improve the damage to skin caused by environmental aggressors by reversing sun damage and by adding dark spots. It reduces skin inflammation, treats acne, clears clogged pores and gets rid of blackheads and whiteheads, provides elasticity to the skin. Green tea is rich in vitamin E, which nourishes and hydrates the skin. 


5. Sunflower Seeds





  Sunflower seeds contain vitamin E which is used as, an anti-ageing. It contains copper and zinc, which are good for preventing acne. Sunflower seed oil contains Linoleic acid and essential fatty acids which help to keep the skin healthy as well. Sunflower seeds have antifungal and antibacterial properties which prevent the infection of the skin. Eating sunflower seeds makes the skin glow and speeds the wound healing process. 

 

For good hair, we must include the following food... 


1. Spinach





   Spinach is rich in iron, which is very important for hair growth and reduces hair fall. Spinach contains vitamin A and vitamin C which together help in sebum production on the scalp, which helps to avoid dryness and itchy scalp. It contains vitamins and antioxidants which give good texture to hair. 


2.Sweet Potato





  Sweet potato contains beta-carotene and vitamin A which enhance hair growth. Sweet potato promotes a healthy scalp, so it prevents hair loss. It has vitamins and antioxidants which give good texture to your hair. Sweet potato gives nourishment and hydration to the scalp due to which hair gets shine. The vitamins in sweet potato give strength to hair. 


3. Avocado





  Avocado contains fatty acids and vitamin E which nourishes the hair, making it shiny and silky. It fights against dandruff and other fungal conditions on the scalp by moisturizing the dry scalp. The minerals in avocado give moisture to hair. Avocado oil increases hair growth by increasing blood circulation. Avocado increases the hair growth rate and decreases the rate of hair fall. 


4. Guava





 Guava contains a large amount of vitamin C in its leaves which is used for hair growth and also used for thickening the hair. It prevents hair falls and strengthens the hair. The vitamin C acts like an antioxidant which helps to protect the hair from environmental damage. Hairs are protected from U. V.rays by the lycopene present in guava leaves.
