Introduction:
Beauty deals with a good-looking body which should be healthy too. As per beauty is concerned, we mainly focus on beautiful hair and skin. In order to have healthy skin and hair, nutritional food should be consumed.
We can improve the health of the skin and hair by including the following good things in our diet.
For good skin we must include the following food
1. A greater amount of water.
2. Carrot
The carrots help to fight against wrinkles, dead skin and avoid sunburn. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, and they protect the skin from the sun. Eating carrots gives glowing skin.
3. Tomatoes
The skin gets moisturized and hydrated by eating tomatoes as it contains a high amount of water. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is used to reduce inflammation and redness.
